- Measure its inner diameter in millimetres.
- Match it to the chart below to find your size.

- Wrap a strip of paper or thread around the finger comfortably.
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure that length in millimetres, then divide by 3.14 for the diameter.
- Match it to the chart to find your size.

- Avoid measuring when your fingers are too cold or hot.
- Consider the widest part of your knuckle.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
- Different fingers can have different sizes.
- Measure at the end of the day for best accuracy.
