These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include or show GST as stated on the product page. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email; until then we may decline it, for example if a piece is out of stock or a price was shown in error, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
Products
Our diamonds are lab-grown and set in 925 sterling silver, with rose and yellow gold finishes where stated. Each piece is hand-finished, so small variations from the photographs are natural. Certificates, where included, are issued by the stated laboratory.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and care

Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs and text on this website belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
