  1. Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with invoice and certification.
  2. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the item passing quality check, credited to the original payment method.
  3. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the new piece costs more, the difference is payable at checkout.
  4. Non-returnable: engraved or personalised pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked final sale.
